Ambushed

Damaged wings means she has no choice but to run through the Otways forest, clutching secrets she stole from her enemy. Except there's a creature chasing her, ready to tear her to shreds.

             When she's caught unawares in a moment of distraction, her captor hits her with shocking truths. He demands information - information she'd rather die than give up. But it seems hopeless. She's too weak from her injuries - some inflicted by a monster that shouldn't exist.
